Each individual may hold only one 17jl account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited under anti-fraud policy.

By accessing or using the 17jl Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an Account, depositing funds, or participating in any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 17jl Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed. All deposits will be returned, and any winnings generated will be forfeited. 17jl reserves the right to report suspected underage gambling to PAGCOR.
The 17jl Platform is offered to individuals who are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines and who are legally entitled to participate in online gambling under applicable Philippine law. By accessing 17jl, you represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
You are not eligible to register or use 17jl if:
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the 17jl Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. 17jl employs device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, and identity verification to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts, and any balances held therein, are subject to closure and forfeiture.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 17jl Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. You agree to:
17jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security.
Before processing your first withdrawal, 17jl will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, or voter's ID) and any additional documentation required under PAGCOR anti-money laundering guidelines. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.
17jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Direct, UnionBank (including InstaPay), and cash deposit via DragonPay at participating 7-Eleven locations. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
17jl is required by PAGCOR regulation and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to monitor transactions for suspicious activity. 17jl may delay or decline a withdrawal, freeze an Account, and report transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law. Cooperation with AML investigations is a condition of Account use.
17jl offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software glitch that results in an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous credit to your Account, 17jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and recover any funds incorrectly credited. Bets placed during a documented malfunction are void. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard principle applied across all 17jl games.
All random number generator (RNG) games on the 17jl Platform use certified RNG technology independently audited by accredited testing agencies. Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment operated under studio oversight. 17jl does not manipulate game outcomes.
Sports betting offered through 17jl is subject to specific sportsbook rules covering bet acceptance, settlement procedures, void bet conditions, and in-play betting restrictions. These rules are published in the 17jl Sportsbook Rules document, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Key conditions include: odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the agreed odds; 17jl may limit bet amounts on specific markets; and bets placed after an event's official start time on markets not designated as in-play are void.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 17jl Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

These tools are accessible via Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. 17jl staff will never pressure a User to remove a self-exclusion or limit. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek help.
21+ Requirement — Strictly Enforced: Under no circumstances will 17jl knowingly permit a person under 21 years of age to gamble on the Platform. If you suspect an underage person is using your device to access 17jl, contact our support team immediately to lock access from that device.
All content on the 17jl Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of 17jl or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities.
You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 17jl content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software on the Platform; remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or use 17jl's name, logo, or brand assets in any manner without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
Nothing in these Terms limits 17jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
17jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real Money balances will generally be returned to the Account holder following completion of any required compliance review, unless forfeiture is required by law or PAGCOR directive.
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 17jl support. Voluntary closure will not affect any rights 17jl has to retain records as required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of 17jl shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines, without prejudice to 17jl's right to seek interim relief in any jurisdiction.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 17jl's support team and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for good-faith resolution of any dispute. Disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process where applicable.
17jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where required by PAGCOR guidelines, by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.
Your continued use of the 17jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

Your deposited PHP funds are held separately from 17jl operating capital. Player balances are not at risk from 17jl's business operations.
Verified winnings from fairly-played games belong to you. 17jl processes legitimate withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary delay.
Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. You are never without recourse as a Philippine-based 17jl player.
